Attorney Marta Weiss of San Rafael, CA; lying loser

The state of California provided Marta J. Weiss with a law license in 1992 after she graduated from the University of San Francisco Law School.

The California Bar Court found Marta guilty of the following misconduct all of which took place while he was employed as an assistant Santa Clara County prosecutor.

In one matter, Marta falsely reported to the State Bar, under penalty of perjury that she had completed all required hours of MCLE (Mandatory Continuing Legal Education) when in fact she had not done so.

Because Attorney Misfits in California are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Marta was never criminally charged with perjury.

As a consequence of her misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Marta by gifting her with a complimentary reproval.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Marta practices with the Law Office of Marta J. Weiss at 19 Briarwood Drive in San Rafael, California, which is located in Marin County.
