Attorney Jacob Schwarzberg of Detroit; slacker

The state of Michigan presented Jacob Schwarzberg with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Michigan State University Law School.

The Michigan Disciplinary Board found Jacob guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to act fairly towards opposing party and counsel
• Failed to expedite client litigation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Disciplinary Board punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Jacob is employed by the City of Detroit Law Department at 2 Woodward Avenue in Detroit, Michigan.
