Attorney Mark Ross of Flint, MI; idiot, serial offender

The state of Michigan presented Mark Ernest Ross with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

The Michigan Disciplinary Board found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to decline or terminate representation when required
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Mark’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received one (1) complimentary reprimand and two (2) complimentary suspensions of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Disciplinary Board punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary 2 year and 11-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Mark practices with Mark E. Ross PLLC at 2347 Stonebridge Drive in Flint, Michigan.
