Attorney Larry Reed of Salt Lake City; moronic loser

The State of Utah presented Larry G. Reed with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from Brigham Young University Law School.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme found Larry guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Larry!)
  • Failed to properly supervise underling attorneys
  • Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Failed to act with candor towards a tribunal
  • Failed to properly decline or terminate representation
  • Failed to cooperate with opposing counsel re: discovery
  • Failed to file any pleadings on client’s behalf
  • Failed to comply with court order to attend deposition

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Larry by gifting him with a complimentary 30 days suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Larry practices at 231 East 400 South in Salt Lake City, Utah.
