Attorney Bruce Kunz of Perham, MN; ethical dwarf

The state of Minnesota presented Bruce Anthony Kunz with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of North Dakota Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Bruce guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Bruce knowingly engaged in conflict of interest regarding clients he had entered into business transactions with, which include one client representation in a bankruptcy case.

In addition, Bruce failed to disclose his business relationship with his bankruptcy client to the bankruptcy court and the trustee.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Bruce by gifting him with a complimentary 4-month suspension of his law license.
