Attorney Mark Zannotti of Tulsa; cowardly batterer

The state of Indiana presented Mark A. Zannotti with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the University of Tulsa Law School.

The Oklahoma Bar Association found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Mark pled no contest to domestic assault and battery and malicious injury to property, and a protective order entered against him.

According to court records, the lady identified as the victim of Mark’s domestic assault stated that she and Mark, who was her divorce attorney, began to date in 2010. Subsequently, Mark stopped representing her.

The two-count criminal charge stated that Mark assaulted and battered the woman by pushing, shoving and striker her with force and violence. Mark the Coward also destroyed the woman’s cellphone.

Background facts written by the Supreme Court stated that an argument resulted in a physical encounter wherein Mark lifted the woman by her shoulders, threw her against a wall and head-butted her, causing a gash across her nose and giving her two black eyes.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oklahoma Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license effective April 2014.

As we speak (February 2016), Mark practices at 525 South Main Street in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
