Attorney Dan May of Kokomo, IN; bullying loser

The state of Indiana presented Dan J. May with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Indiana University Law School.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, a courtroom video in the Clinton Superior Court caught Danny becoming angry with a client after a family law custody hearing.

Danny’s client, Michael Davis stated that Danny became angry with him after a discussion over visitation. Davis further stated that Danny pushed him backward over the railing in front of the jury boss shouting that Davis “better not embarrass him again.”

It was reported that Mr. Davis suffered from back pain due to the altercation. Local prosecutors provided their fellow attorney with special dispensation when they allowed him to enter a pre-trial diversion program rather than being prosecuted on a battery charge.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (February 2016), Danny practices at 2906 South Reed Road in Kokomo, Indiana.
