The state of Colorado provided Jody M. Sheffer with a law license in 1985.

The Colorado State Bar found Jody guilty of the following misconduct.

• Notarized documents using notary seal of former employee
• Signed name as notary on various documents

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Jody by gifting her with a complimentary 2-year suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Carol.
