Attorney John Meininger of Denver; ethical dwarf

The state of Colorado provided John Alexander Meininger with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from Yale University Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Johnny failed to complete 45 units of mandated continuing legal education,7 units of which must be devoted to legal or judicial ethics, during each applicable three-year compliance period, which he failed to do.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Johnny.
