Attorney James Dirkmatt of Denver; ethical dwarf

The state of Colorado provided James Dallan Dirkmatt with a law license in 2010.

The Colorado State Bar found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Improper withdrawals from trust account

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Jimmy practices with The People’s Law Firm at 1245 East Colfax Avenue in Denver, Colorado.
