Attorney Mark Paidra of Calgary, AB; ethical gremlin

The Law Society of Alberta presented Mark H. Paidra with a law license in 2000.

A Disciplinary Hearing Panel found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with opposing counsel
• Failed to advise opposing counsel hearing postponed
• Failed to serve access application for over two years
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of the Law Society of Alberta punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a $1,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Mark practices with the Family Law Office (Legal Aid) at 665 Eighth Street in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
