Attorney Licio Cengarle of Ontario, CAN: ethical gremlin

The Law Society presented Licio Edward Cengarle with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the Osgoode Hall Law School.

A Disciplinary Hearing Panel found Licio guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Licio engaged in conduct unbecoming a barrister and solicitor (lawyer) when he knowingly breached his fiduciary duty as Estate Trustee with respect to a loan.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of the Law Society of Upper Canada punished Licio by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Licio practices at 1182 Martin Grove Road in Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada
