Attorney Brian Wersching of Long Beach, CA; repeat offender

The state of Californian presented Brian David Wirsching with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Whittier University Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to update membership records as required
  • Failed to contact probation office or file two quarterly reports
  • Failed to communicate with client in bankruptcy matter
  • Pled no contest to driving under the influence

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Brian’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonishment for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Brain practices at 1915 East Jackson Street in Long Beach, California.
