Attorney Jerald Sklar of Memphis; ethical dwarf

The state of Tennessee provided Jerald Harris Sklar with a law license in 1965 after he graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Jerald guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jerald failed failing to determine that financial statements prepared by others and included in offering circulars for bond issues in 1972 in Grand Junction, Tennessee and in 1976 in Mississippi, in which he was bond counsel were false and misleading.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Jerald by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. March 2016) Jerald practices at 5858 Ridgeway Center Parkway in Memphis, Tennessee
