Attorney Paul Simpson of Selmer, TN; ethical dwarf

The state of Tennessee provided Paul Lee Simpson with a law license in 1962 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Paulie found it acceptable to name himself as beneficiary and executor in a power of attorney and will he prepared for a client.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. March 2016) Paulie practices at 108 North 3rd Street in Selmer, Tennessee.
