Attorney James Riehn of Cassville, MO; ethical misfit

The state of Missouri presented James Michael Riehn with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Washburn University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide client with written contingent fee agreement
• Engaged in improper division of fees
• Engaged in a conflict of interest

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Jimmy practices with the Law Offices of J. Michael Riehn at 301 West Eighth Street in Cassville, Missouri.
