Attorney William Todd of Kimberling City, MO; ethical gremlin

The state of Missouri presented William Grover Todd with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Missouri Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in the illegal practice of law
• Violate or attempt to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assist or induce another to do so, or do so through the acts of another
• Committed a criminal act that reflects adversely on the lawyer's honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer in other respects

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Billy practices in Kimberling City, Missouri.
