Attorney James Clampitt of Mexico, MO; ethical gremlin

The state of Missouri presented James Marshall Clampitt with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Regent University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Actively participated in son’s fraudulent use of credit card
• Charged items for his new law firm to his old firm
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Patty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Jimmy practices with Brett Erdel Clampitt & Owings PC at 100 North Jefferson Street in Mexico, Missouri.
