Attorney Theresa Italiano of Philadelphia; apologist for attorney felons

The state of Pennsylvania presented Theresa M. Italiano with a law license in 1991.

In one matter, Theresa decided to act as an advocate for disbarred attorney and convicted felon Larrick Stapleton of Ardmore, Pennsylvania. Stapleton was convicted of several felonies and sentenced to 18 months in prison.  A story regarding Stapleton the Convict can be viewed by going to the URL listed at the end of this article.

When Stapleton applied to have his law license reinstated, Theresa was a member of a committee that cheerfully recommended to the Supreme Court Disciplinary Counsel that the Felon’s law license be reinstated.

Subsequently, the comedians sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and Disciplinary Counsel voted to reinstate Stapleton the Convict’s law license.

We should all be grateful to Theresa for putting forth the effort to assure that the good folks in Pennsylvania are subjected to having yet another convicted felon running amuck with a law license. Thanks a lot Theresa!

Now we know and fully understand why the good folks in Pennsylvania are contemptuous of the so-called system wherein Attorney Misfits are actually held accountable for their misconduct.
