Attorney James Ball of Concord, NH; ethical leprechaun

The state of New Hampshire presented James P. Ball with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from the University of North Carolina Law School.

The Professional Conduct Committee on Professional Standards found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
  • Failed to promptly respond to client information requests
  • Failed to timely deliver accounting of fees to client
  • Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
  • Failed to reliably communicate with client
  • Failed to safeguard client property
  • Failed to maintain/reconcile client trust account

As a consequence of him misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Jimmy by gifting him with complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Jimmy practices at 58 Pleasant Street in Concord, New Hampshire.
