Attorney Alan Rindler of Boston; druggie

 

The state of New Hampshire presented Alan Barry Rindler with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Northeastern University Law School.

 

The Board of Bar Overseers found Alan guilty of the following misconduct.

 

In one matter, Alan pled no contest (guilty in effect) in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial District, Sarasota County, Florida to disorderly conduct, and possession of marijuana.

 

The conviction arose from Alan’s conduct in physically resisting a search by TSA officials and his breach of TSA procedures at the Sarasota airport.

 

Alan’s conduct at the airport wherein he proceeded through a TSA scanner without authority and entered the airport concourse and caused the entire screening area to be briefly shut down, disrupting other passengers in the screening area.

 

The trial court fined Alan $500 on the disorderly conduct charge and $250 on the marijuana possession charge and imposed court costs and the cost of prosecution.

 

As a consequence of his misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Alan by gifting him with complimentary censure.

 

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Alan practices Rindler Morgan PC at 133 Portland Street in Boston, Massachusetts.
