Attorney Matthew Bowman of Bardstown, KY; convicted liar

The state of Kentucky presented Matthew Willard D. Bowman with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Matty guilty of the following misconduct.

While he was employed as a civilian attorney working for the United States Army at Fort Knox, Matty knowingly provided a false statement to an agent of the Department of Defense, Office of the Inspector General.

Subsequently, Matty pled guilty to a violation Title 18, United States Code, Section 1018, Official Certificates or Writings.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Matty by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 30-day suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Matty.

As we speak (February 2016), Matty practices at 1743 Murrays Run Road in Bardstown, Kentucky.
