Attorney Jay Nolen of Monroe, LA; convicted criminal

The state of Louisiana presented Jay Nolen with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Louisiana State University Law School.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Jay guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Convicted of aggravated assault
  • Convicted of first offense DUI

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Jay by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year stayed suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Jay.

As we speak (ca. March 2016) Jay the Convict practices with the 4th District Public Defenders Office at 1038 North 9th Street in Monroe, Louisiana.
