Attorney David Charlton of Baton Rouge; ethical dwarf

The state of Louisiana presented David M. Charlton with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Louisiana State University Law School.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Dave failed to properly supervise a non-lawyer assistant.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2016) Dave practices with Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson LLP at 301 Main Street in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
