Attorney Jude Bursavich of Baton Rouge; ethical misfit

The state of Louisiana presented Jude Christopher Bursavich with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Louisiana State University Law School.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Jude guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jude failed to properly supervise a non-lawyer assistant.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Jude by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2016) Jude practices with Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson LLP at 301 Main Street in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
