Attorney David Belfield III of New Orleans; ethical misfit

The state of Louisiana presented David Belfield III with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Loyola University Law School in New Orleans.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators concerning three (3) separate matters (Up yours, said Dave!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2016) Dave practices at 2513 Acacia Street in New Orleans, Louisiana.
