Attorney Katherine Wheeler of Baton Rouge; ethical gremlin

The state of Louisiana presented Katherine Wheeler with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Louisiana State University Law School.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Kathy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to provide accounting to client
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Kathy!)

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Kathy by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Kathy.

As we speak (ca. February 2016) Kathy practices with the Louisiana Department of Justice at 2369 Wisteria Street in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
