Attorney Randal Menard of Lafayette, LA; ethical dwarf

The state of Louisiana presented Randal Lee Menard with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Louisiana State University Law School.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Randy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to notify third party of his receipt of funds
• Failed to properly remit funds third party legally entitled to receive

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Randy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
