The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Rosie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Rosie found it acceptable to engage in a sexual relationship with a client while he was representing her in a contested divorce action.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Rosie by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.
