Attorney James Neppl of Rock Island, IL; potty mouth loser

The state of Illinois presented James L. Neppl with a law license in 1967 after he graduated from the University of Iowa Law School.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to adequately prepare divorce client for trial
• Made profane and offense remarks to client
• Refused to allow client to accept settlement offer agreeable to client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (April 2016), Jimmy practices with Neppl & Marsh Ltd. at 1600 Fourth Avenue in Rock Island, Illinois.
