Attorney Robert Restaino of Niagara Falls; Judge Roy Bean Wannabee

The state of New York presented Robert Michael Restaino with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from the University of Buffalo Law School.

Bobby’s misconduct occurred while he was serving as a Judge of the Niagara Falls City Court in Niagara County, which led the Judicial Commission to find him guilty of the following misconduct.

Bobby engaged in an egregious and unprecedented abuse of judicial power by committing 46 defendants into police custody after no one took responsibility for a ringing cell phone in his so-called courtroom.

The Commission stated that Bobby displayed “insensitivity, indifference and a callousness so reproachable that his continued presence on the bench cannot be tolerated.”

Apparently, Arrogant Bobby was of the opinion that “due process” was the means by which the grass became moist in the a.m.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Judicial Commission ordered that Bobby be removed from the bench.

As we speak (ca. February 2016) Bobby practices at 731 Third Street in Niagara Falls, New York.
