Attorney Richard Miller II of Endwell, NY; ethical misfit

The state of New York presented Richard Henry Miller III with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Bridgeport Quinnipiac Law School.

Dick’s misconduct occurred while he was serving as a part-time Justice of the Union Town Court in Broome County, which led the Judicial Commission to find him guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Dick found it acceptable to engage in an egregious conflict of interest by presiding over a client’s case and other cases that originated in his so-called court, practicing law court in his court.

In another matter, Dick illegally sent notices threatening to have a defendant in a civil case arrested.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. February 2016) Dick practices at 2304 North Street in Endwell, New York.
