Attorney Michael Fiechter of Bellmore, NY; lying loser 

The state of New York presented Michael A. Fiechter with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the New York Law School.

Mike’s misconduct occurred while he was serving as a Judge of the District Court for Nassau County, which led the Judicial Commission to find him guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Mike engaged in widely disseminating his complaint to the Commission, which contained inaccurate, unsubstantiated allegations where in denigrated another judge.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. February 2016) Mike practices in Bellmore, New York.
