Judge Mark Dillon of White Plains, NY; ethical leprechaun

The state of New York presented Mark Christopher Dillon with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Fordham University Law School.

The New York Judicial Commission found Mark guilty of the following misconduct

In one matter, Mark found it acceptable to telling jurors that he agreed with their verdict and for making a post-verdict speech wherein he excoriated defense counsel and lavishly praised the prosecutors.

Mark engaged in this egregious misconduct at a time when he was attempting to dupe the voters into electing him.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. February 2016) Mark sits as a Judge of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court 2^nd Department in White Plains, New York.
