Attorney Andrew Monson of Raymond, WA; repeat offender
The state of Washington presented Raymond Lee Monson with a law license in 1974 after
he graduated from the University of Texas Law School.
Andy’s misconduct took place while she was sitting as a Judicial Court Commissioner for the
Pacific County District Court in South Bend, Washington. That misconduct led the Judicial
Commission to find guilty of the following misconduct.
-
Engaged in an egregious conflict of interest
-
Represented client appearing in his court
-
Failed to disqualify himself when required to so act
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Andy’s First bite at the Judicial Misfit Apple Tree. He previously
received a complimentary admonishment for engaging in a variety of misconduct.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington
State Supreme Court punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.
As we speak (ca. February 2016), Andy practices law at 310 Sixth Street in Raymond, Washington.
