Judge Marsha Stewart of Harrisburg, PA; nepotistic loser
The state of Pennsylvania presented Marsha C. Stewart with a law license in 1969 after she graduated from Western State University Law School.
In one matter, Marsha was accused of nepotism because she employed her husband as a process server.
A constable filed a lawsuit against Marsha in 2014, claiming that she had failed to pay $9,000 in fees to him and other constables who served legal papers on her behalf.
Subsequently, President Judge Richard Lewis issued an order (FOX 43) that states:
As we speak (ca. February 2016), Marsha continues to sit as a Dauphin County Magisterial District Court judge in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. |
