In the past, Danny requested that a grand jury investigate Planned Parenthood based on undercover videos produced by lunatic anti-abortionists David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt. Danny’s sole intent was to either permanently shut down Planned Parenthood centers in Texas or have it and/or its employees indicted for criminal conduct.
In pursuing this sham grand jury investigation of Planned Parenthood, Danny falsely asserted that the group was “dismembering aborted babies” and “selling babies fully intact.” Danny then went on to say:
After spending two months reviewing the undercover tapes, the grand jury found absolutely no evidence that would to an indictment against Planned Parenthood or its employees. However, it did find evidence that David Daleiden was guilty of criminal conduct by indicting him for his role in creating the videos.
The grand jury indicted Dave for the following:
The felony charge refers to the use of a fake I.D. by Dave the Loon. If he’s convicted he faces 20 years in prison. I’m hoping the sentencing judge orders him imprisoned at the Huntsville Penitentiary in Walker County and further orders that he be assigned to Cell No. 288 where he’ll be roomed up with Clarice (real name Clarence) who is know to be one of the most friendliest guys in the joint.
This further proof that Danny is more than willing to waste the hard earned money of Texas taxpayers by pursing a fabricated claim against Planned Parenthood to further his future electoral pursuits.
