Attorney Aman Lopez of Lincoln, MA; convicted loser

The state of Massachusetts presented Aman Lopez with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Suffolk University Law School.

The Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers found Aman guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Aman was convicted in federal court of knowingly making a materially false, fictitious, and fraudulent statement and representation and making a false writing and document in violation of 18 U. S. C. § 1001(a).

The basis of the conviction was that Aman respondent had witnessed a woman sign her husband’s name to a document required to be signed by a parent who is not present when an application for a passport is submitted for a minor. Aman so acted despite the fact that he knew the husband had not signed the document.

As a result of his criminal conviction, Aman was sentenced to twelve months of probation.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Aman by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2016) Aman practices with the Law Office of Aman Lopez in Lincoln, Massachusetts.

Warning:  Aman does not carry malpractice liability insurance
