Attorney Carl Lovett of Seekonk, MA; repeat offender

The state of Massachusetts presented Carl J.S. Lovett with a law license in 1995.

The Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers found Carl guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Carl was hired by a client to pursue a personal injury claim from injuries the client sustained in an auto accident. Three years later, Carl filed a lawsuit that violated the applicable statute of limitations for filing personal injury claims in Massachusetts.

As a result of Carl’s gross negligence, the client’s case was summarily dismissed by the trial court when the defendant’s filed a motion to dismiss.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Carl’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonition for putting forth a false and/or misleading advertisement regarding his services.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Carl by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2016) Carl practices with the Law Offices of Lovett & Lovett at 10 Highland Avenue in Seekonk, Massachusetts.

Warning:  Carl does not carry malpractice liability insurance
