Attorney Marc Lucier of West Palm Beach; ethical misfit

The state of Massachusetts presented Marc B. Lucier with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the New England School of Law.

The Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers found Marc guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to withdraw representation despite being fired by client
• Engaged in negligent conduct when he failed to file lawsuit on client’s behalf
• Failed to notify insurance company and adjuster he had been fired
• Claimed entitled to lien v. client for fees even though he failed to file lawsuit on client’s behalf

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Marc by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2016) Marc practices at 366 Lytle Street in West Palm Beach, Florida.
