Attorney Jeremiah Luongo of Fall River, MA; ethical gremlin

The state of Massachusetts presented Jeremiah Luongo with a law license in 1965.

The Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers found Jeremiah guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Misuse of client funds
  • Deprived client of funds lawfully belonging to client
  • Neglected client cases
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Jeremiah!)
  • Involved in improper business relationship with a unlicensed attorney who had been convicted of larceny of client funds in Connecticut
  • Failed to maintain records of client funds
  • Failed to advise client he had hired disbarred attorney

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Jeremiah by gifting him with a complimentary suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2016) Jeremiah practices at 27 Courtney Street in Fall River, Massachusetts.

CAUTION:  Jeremiah does not carry malpractice insurance
