Attorney Jerry Colglazier of Surprise, AZ; bullying loser

The State of Arizona presented Jerry L. Colglazier with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University of Indiana Law School.

The Arizona Judicial Commission found Jerry guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place while was sitting as a Municipal Court judge in Surprise.

• Refused to allow defendant to speak with attorney even after the defendant made three requests to do so
• Failed to continue matter to time when defendant’s attorney could be present
• Conduct informal contempt hearing w/o complying with criminal rules
• Raised defendant’s bond without a valid legal basis for doing so
• Knowingly violated a defendant’s constitutional due process rights

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Arizona  Supreme Court punished Jerry by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. January 2016), Jerry practices at 16180 West Desert Winds Drive in Surprise, Arizona, which is a suburb of Phoenix.
