Attorney Gary Collins of Springfield, MO; slacker

The state of Missouri presented Gary Lee Collins with a law license in 2002.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Gary guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client property
• Failed to expedite litigation
• Failed to notify client of receipt of client funds
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Gary!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Gary practices at 630 North Robberson in Springfield, Missouri.
