Attorney Dana Cohen of Louisville; ethical misfit

The State of Kentucky presented Dana Michelle Cohen with a law license in 1991.

The Disciplinary Commission found Dana guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place while she was serving as a Jefferson County District Court judge in Louisville.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court punished Dana by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
