Judge Philip Boggia of Ridgefield Park, NJ; ethical misfit

The State of New Jersey presented Philip Neri Boggia with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Fordham University Law School.

The Supreme Court of New Jersey Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct found Phil guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Phil found it acceptable to knowingly violate the Code of Judicial Conduct by making a policial contribution in the amount of at least $500.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Phil by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2016), Phil continues to sit as a Moonachie Municipal Court judge in Moonachie, New Jersey.
