Attorney Timothy Mullinax of Hendersonville, NC; lying loser

The state of North Carolina provided Timothy Matthew Mullinax with a law license in 2003.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misled client that pleadings were filed in client’s case
• Failed to promptly cooperate with ethics investigator (Up yours, said Timmy!)

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. January 2016) Timmy practices in Hendersonville, North Carolina.
