Attorney Moshera Mills of Greensboro, NC; lying loser

The state of North Carolina provided Moshera Mohamed Mills with a law license in 2002 after she graduated from North Carolina Central University Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Moshera guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act in good faith regarding resolution of disputed fee
• After client filed court suit for return of fee, Moshera lied to the court that the client’s fee dispute petition had been dismissed
• Misled trial court to believe that State Bar considered and rejected client’s contention regarding return of fee, which he new was patently false

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. January 2016) Moshera practices at 324 Elm Street in Greensboro, North Carolina.
