Judge Jeanne Garcia of Phoenix; ethical leprechaun

The state of Arizona presented David H. Fletcher with a law license in 1991 after she graduated from Arizona State University Law School.

The Judicial Commission found Jeanne guilty of the following misconduct

• Engaged in improper ex parte (one-sided) communications
• Improperly conducted independent investigation of pending matter
• Made improper contact with caseworker for Department of Child Safety

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Jeanne by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2016), Jeanne continues to sit as a Maricopa County Superior Court Judge in Phoenix, Arizona.
