Judge David Fletcher of Tempe, AZ; idiotic loser

The state of Arizona presented David H. Fletcher with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the University of Arizona Law School.

The Judicial Commission found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Displayed inappropriate courtroom demeanor
• Failed to ensure litigant’s right to be heard (due process)
• Demonstrated a lack of knowledge of the law (idiot)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2016), Jerry continues to sit as a Justice of the Peace in Tempe, Arizona.
