Solicitor Mark Baker of New South Wales; ethical misfit

The Law Society presented Mark Patrick Dillon Baker with a law license in 1993.

The Office of the Legal Services Commissioner found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Mark found it acceptable to act in a discourteous manner towards a tribunal and/or opposing counsel.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Service Commission punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2016), Mark practices with Barbican Legal Services at 13 Lismore Road in Bangalow, New South Wales.
